We want you to feel safe and satisfied with your Birdie; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to ensure your personal safety alarm is ready for its next home.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Birdie

  Securely place the device and all original accessories into the shipping box and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
